Because the autumn session of the 2010 - 2011 season is so short, we are starting rehearsals on the first Tuesday of September, therefore the autumn session starts with registration AND singing practice on September 7th.  See the address and map at the bottom of this page.

There is also a Registration Form on this web site, at the bottom of the list under "Events".  To print, click on the little printer icon in the upper righthand side of the registration form screen (if you can't see it, hover your mouse over the icons and each one will print what the icon means).  A second screen shows up with another little print icon in the upper righthand side of the screen, click on this and the form will print.

Registration for 2010 - 2011:

In order to streamline the registration process we have two methods for registration, (1) Pre-registration (by Canada Post) and (2) Regular Registration (on the 7th).

Pre-registration: Easier - complete the following steps and come at 6:45 p.m.

a) Print the forms that came on the email from Jetty (our President) or the one under "Events".

b) Fill out and sign the forms.

c) Fill out a cheque or money order for the appropriate amount (see below).

d) Mail in the form and cheque/money order to Jetty (Henriette) Soolsma - she's in the book.

e) Come at 6:45 p.m. to receive your music and start practicing!

Regular Registration: Time-taking - complete the following steps and come at 6:00 p.m.

a) Print the forms that came on the email from our president or the one under "Events".

b) Fill out the forms.

c) Fill out a cheque, money order or have the cash on hand (see below).

d) Come at 6:00 p.m. to register, receive your music and start practicing!

Fees: Adults - $90.00 per year

Seniors - $75.00 per year (65 & over)

Students - $50.00 per year

Music Deposit: $25.00

If you did not previously pay a music deposit add $25.00 to the amount of your annual fee.  If we still have your deposit, pay only the annual fee as it applies to you.

Forms: If you know of someone who does not have access to a computer, please print a copy of the forms and pass on to him or her.
